All Saints' faculty makes the difference in academics. With a student teacher ratio of 8:1, each teacher knows every student and is able to cater to each student's individual learning style. The result of this small setting? Big results. The loving guidance of our faculty sets the stage for each student to succeed in college and beyond.
What does an 8:1 ratio have to offer?
In addition to each teacher knowing the specific learning style of each student, our small setting allows teachers to give each student the extra time outside of class to reinforce lessons. During lunch, teachers offer help sessions to bring lagging students up to speed. These help sessions last thirty minutes a day, and for many students, provide the extra tutoring necessary to improve a grade. Should the student require more intense tutoring, he or she is directed into an Academic Support class, where tutoring is offered for an additional hour a day. Should further instruction be required, students can take additional structured study hall, and then supervised study hall to improve his or her grade. Regardless of the learning speed of a student, All Saints' faculty provides the extra attention, which for most students, means the difference between passing or failing. For these reasons, our small size makes a big difference.
